Our team at OliveCare Services helps people who need extra help in the comfort of their own homes by giving them high-quality nursing care. Our experienced staff can take care of a wide range of medical needs, such as wound care, catheter management, tracheostomy support, ventilator management, and giving subcutaneous injections, PEG and NG tube feeding, medications, and IV medications. We can also puncture your veins and take your blood.
Our main goal is to make care plans for each participant that meet their specific needs. We know that each person’s needs for personal care are different, so we try to give each person care that is tailored to their needs and goals. Our caring and dedicated team works closely with participants and their families to make sure the best possible outcomes.
People with complex medical needs can get the help they need from nurses who are experts in community health. After signing up for the NDIS, participants can get care from a community nurse right away.
If you already have community nursing care NDIS in your plan, you can still buy these supports through Care Assure. If your plan doesn’t cover nursing services for health problems related to your disability, but you have complex needs, you can still get this help in one of two ways:
- You can use the money in your plan budget to pay for community disability nurse support.
- If your disability-related health care is transferred to the NDIS right away, state health services will continue to help you. The NDIA will work with the state health services to look over these plans and move them to the National Disability Insurance Program.
After you meet the NDIS criteria for complex support, a registered community nurse will look at your medical needs and decide what you need. A community nursing care NDIS programme is set up based on the type and amount of nursing care needed. Our main goal is to make care plans for each participant that meet their specific needs.
